1. Oshokuji Dokoro Chanya

Soak in the flavors of traditional ancient Okinawan cuisine in this restaurant, housed in a retro Okinawan atmosphere. The row of beautiful fukugi trees around the building makes it a striking location. You will have to make a reservation, but it's definitely worth it to experience traditional Okinawan cuisine. Although it's also popular for dinner, you may prefer their reasonably priced lunch along with views of the beautiful scenery. Don't forget to book your table for lunch by 10 pm of the previous day.

A popular tsukemen (noodles) spot! Their thick seafood tonkotsu sauce and the fish meal taste and smell amazing! The noodles are chewy and fat, and are complimented by the soup perfectly.
[Editorial comment] The owner, who used to work at Rokurinsha, makes a thick fish tonkotsu soup so delicious you can never get enough. If you prefer a mild flavor, you may add some vinegar.
