Miyakami offers a different dining experience each season. Its concept is "Japanese cuisine that makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients." Chef Miyakami visits the market and carefully selects ingredients with his own eyes. The rice is Koshihikari, purchased from a contract farmer in Uonuma. It is grown in the mountains and perfectly balances deliciousness, sweetness, and stickiness. Take-out boxed meals are available for a limited time, so please feel free to inquire. The restaurant also boasts refined sake and wine, carefully selected for pairing. The tableware is also carefully chosen, changing each month to match the cuisine. The "stylish presentation" is another key point that makes the restaurant visually pleasing.
