The Tempura Miyashiro is a restaurant that serves delicious tempura with expertly fried seasonal ingredients and delicious flavor locked in the batter. This famous restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2020. They offer a variety of delicacies that require extra effort, such as "Wagyu Beef Chateaubriand wrapped in Bean Curd Skin", which allows you to taste A5-ranked Japanese beef, and "Shrimp Tempra with Nori/seaweed" made with a large tiger prawn. At both lunch and dinner, the menu consists of two courses that incorporate various seasonal ingredients, with sake and wine carefully selected to match the ingredients and dishes and complement their deliciousness. The restaurant is a tastefully renovated 100-year-old house. It has no signboard and a hidden charm. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there are only 8 seats at the counter.
